One of the most eagerly anticipated films in Indian cinema is Project K. Which stars Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Prabhas in the key roles. The movie started shooting about two years ago, and just lately the producers revealed that the Sankranti release date will be January 12. Prabhas’ supporters rejoiced at the news because it had been a while since he had visited on Sankranti.

Unfortunately, it appears uncertain that the movie will be released at the scheduled time. Amitabh Bachchan updated his fans on the mishap he encountered while filming Project K a few weeks ago on his official blog. The accident happened in Hyderabad earlier this month. At the AIG Hospital, Bachchan saw a doctor and had a CT scan before resting at home in Mumbai. His right rib cage suffered a muscle rupture during an action scene, which forced the suspension of the movie’s filming.
The project has now been put on hold and is most likely going to be postponed for another three months.
This implies that the first installment of Project K might not be released on January 12, 2024, if things do not go well for the movie. The movie is produced by Ashwini Dutt under the banner of Vyjayanthi Pictures and directed by Nag Ashwin. Disha Patani is reportedly playing a pivotal role in Project K, and Dulquer Salmaan is also appearing in a cameo.
The next two Prabhas movies are now being prepared for release. Adipurush, directed by Om Raut, will hit the screens on June 16, Prashanth Neel’s Salaar will release on September 28. Besides these, the actor is shooting for a horror-comedy film with director Maruthi.
