500 budding chefs showcase their talent at the 15th edition of Culinary Art India 2023.

Here, the 15th edition of Culinary Art India 2023 hosted by the Indian Culinary Forum was successfully launched. Aahar International Fair is going on for the last four days at Pragati Maidan. Many exhibitors are participating in this with their products. Here, the 15th edition of Culinary Art India 2023 hosted by the Indian Culinary Forum was successfully launched. This flagship. event by ICF aims to acknowledge, educate and memorialize talented chefs who deserve recognition, as well as provide them with an opportunity to showcase their culinary expertise and knowledge.

We also reached the event to see the talent of those chefs in person and saw the talent of the chefs participating in different competitions.

Renowned chefs conducted masterclasses for the students and event attendees. Chef Davinder Kumar, Chef Vaibhav and Chef Subroto Goswami prepared some dishes along with the students.

What is Culinary Art India?

Culinary Art India is one of the most prestigious events in our country. A signature event organized by the Indian Culinary Forum. The event provides a platform and recognition to the best chefs. The objective of this event is to provide good exposure to the budding chefs so that they can showcase their talent at the international level.
Four challenges enthralled people in four days

The first day consisted of Plated Appetizers, Petit Four, Authentic Indian Regional Cuisine, Live Cooking Challenge. On the second day, chefs participated in a three-course set dinner menu, live cooking students, cake decoration challenge. Challenges on Day 3 included 3-Tier Wedding Cake, Plated Desserts, Contemporary Sushi Platter, Live Competition Rice Dish, Chocolate Mania.

On the other hand, budding chefs participated in Artistic Pastry Showpiece, Artistic Bakery Showpiece, Fruit and Vegetable Carving, Live Competition Rice Dish, Egg Benedict, Mocktail Competition in the challenge held yesterday i.e. March 17.

What was special?

The event has a live kitchen where you can watch the chefs preparing the dishes. Students showcased their talent in Food Carving and Mocktail Challenge. In the masterclass, big chefs shared their special recipes with the people and also gave them tips.

The highlight of the last day was that the President of Indian Culinary Forum and well-known Chef Davinder Kumar also gave cooking lessons in this masterclass. Along with this, he examined the work of the students. In conversation with us the chef said, “The competition provides a platform for chefs to showcase and hone their skills to meet international standards. This experience not only provides them an exposure but also helps the chefs to develop their Also enables learning and sharing culinary knowledge with others.”

Also, while talking about the new food trends in India, he said, “There was a time when we were set on one technique. We could not do much. With limited spices, we could not do much, But a lot has changed since then. New trends have also entered the market. One trend that has gained popularity in the recent past is the use of traditional grains and ingredients. Similarly, we will continue to see many good and new trends going forward.”
