Carrying documents such as your passport, tickets, visa, other identifications, hotel booking ID, and so on is especially important if you are travelling internationally. remember to check each piece of documentation frequently to ensure that nothing is lost. Carrying all documentation in a folder and categorising it would be extremely beneficial.
As a solo traveller, regardless of gender, you must be alert and aware of your surroundings. But it is especially important for women to be cautious when travelling alone. Make sure to plan your itinerary in such a way that you avoid going out alone in isolated areas late at night.Traveling through empty lanes and roads at night is dangerous. Shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other basic hygiene products are widely available. However, feminine hygiene products are not widely available. As a result, it is critical to travel with your own set of feminine hygiene products, such as sanitary napkins, tampons, disposable bags, and toilet seat covers.
Carry a small bag containing all of your feminine hygiene products, as well as a few extra sets of underwear, in your handbag so that you can easily access them in case of emergency.
Maintain a medicine cabinet stocked with basic medications for allergies, medical issues, and any other diseases to which you are predisposed. Along with these, keep basic first aid supplies on hand, such as bandages, gauze, and antiseptic medicine.
