These laddoos apart from flavoring give nutrition and help you fight the cold. To prepare your body for the cold weather, here are three super tasty and healthy ladoo recipe to boost your immunity.

1. Gond laddoos

material:
Gond – 400 grams
Almonds – 200 grams
Clarified butter – 200 grams
Magaj (melon seeds) – 100 grams
Pistachios – 100 grams
Cashew – 100 grams
Sugar – 500 grams
Green cardamom powder – 1tbs

method:
1. Make sugar syrup
2. Fry gond, cashew, almond, magaj, pistachio in ghee.
3. Add all the fried nuts and gond to the syrup
4. Add green cardamom powder and Cuddapah almonds (Chironji)
5. Keep the mixture aside and let it cool.
6. After the mixture cools down, give it the shape of a ladoo

2. Flour Laddus

material:
Wheat flour – 500 grams
Clarified butter – 500 grams
Almonds – 100 grams
Pista – 100 grams
Magaj (melon seeds) – 100 grams
Gond – 100 grams
Demerara sugar – 250 grams
Carrara – 250 grams
Green cardamom powder – 1 tbsp

method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan, add wheat flour and fry till it turns brown.
2. Heat ghee in another pan and fry cashews, almonds, gond, magaj and pistachios in it.
3. Add roasted nuts and gond to the roasted flour.
4. Now add sugar, karara and green cardamom powder and mix it well and tie it and give it the shape of a laddu.

3. Besan Laddus

material:
Gram flour – 500 grams
Clarified butter – 500 grams
Almonds – 100 grams
Pistachios – 100 grams
Magaj – 100 grams
Gond – 100 grams
Demerara sugar – 250 grams
Carrara – 250 grams
Green cardamom powder – 1 tbsp

method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan, add gram flour and fry till it turns brown.
2. Heat ghee in another pan and roast cashews, almonds, gond, magaj and pistachios in it.
3. Add roasted nuts and gond to the roasted gram flour.
4. Add sugar, karara and green cardamom powder to it and mix it well and tie it and give it the shape of a laddu.
